Import a mzML file of high-resolution mass spectrometry data collected in the data-dependent acquisition mode (top-n precursor). It processes and visualizes MS1 and MS2 data entirely within your browser.
This mzView DDA Data Explorer uses a highly efficient Virtual File Indexing (VIF) architecture to seamlessly stream and query massive (5GB+) DDA mzML files. Web Workers dynamically locate and extract targeted scans directly from your local disk on-the-fly, preventing standard browser memory crashes.
The platform enables useful features including Extracted Ion Chromatogram (EIC) multi-targeting, isotopic pattern predictions, and direct cloud-based MS2 spectral similarity searches against the IDSL MS library (> 100,000 experimental spectral data).
Library hits can be saved with Add to Library into the Annotation Library (Section 5), a browser-only database kept in this browser's local storage and available again in later sessions. Entries can be edited, searched again, and exported as an MSP file.
Example DDA Data files: ZenoTOF 8600 Metabolomics DDA metabolomics dataset for NIST SRM 1950 plasma sample.
